where does the flight take place?
Hang gliding and paragliding in Rio de Janeiro take place from Pedra Bonita, within Tijuca National Park. The climb to the ramp is breathtaking, as we come into contact with the beautiful fauna and flora of the famous Tijuca Forest.
During the flight, you will have the pleasure of contemplating Barra da Tijuca, Pedra da Gávea, São Conrado beach, Rodrigo de Freitas Lagoon, Dois Irmãos Hill, the Rocinha favela, the Vidigal favela, where the famous Bar da Laje is located, Sugarloaf Mountain and Christ the Redeemer.
Our meeting point is at São Conrado Beach, where you'll board our vehicle to the flight location (Pedra Bonita). The landing will also take place at São Conrado Beach, and shortly after the flight, you'll receive your images, which will preferably be transferred to your cell phone.
The flight lasts around 8 to 12 minutes and the entire process takes around an hour.
